Slow Baked BBQ Boneless Ribs step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Line a 13×9 baking dish with aluminum foil..
  3. Add the ribs to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and minced onion..
  4. Add as much BBQ sauce as you like to the ribs. Just make sure they are nice and covered all over..
  5. Sprinkle a little apple cider vinegar over the top and mix it around in the sauce (this step is optional)..
  6. Sprinkle some brown sugar over everything (I do a few decent sized pinches)..
  7. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours..
  8. Remove from oven, uncover, and if necessary, remove any excess liquid that may be covering the ribs. Just so tops are exposed..
  9. Cook for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered..
  10. Remove to serving platter and baste with additional barbecue sauce..
  11. Dig in!.

I like to use Sweet Baby Ray's brand (not sponsored). Ketchup; Apple Cider Vinegar - A little bit of apple cider vinegar adds a little zest to the ribs as well as acts as a natural tenderizer for the meat.; Brown Sugar - I used light brown sugar in this. You can speed up the process a little bit if you cook the ribs on high. However, to get that nice tender boneless rib, slow cooking is the best option. Low and slow is the way to go.
