  2. You need 1 lb of Ground Chicken.
  3. It's 1 lb of Ground Turkey.
  4. Prepare 1 packages of Onion Soup Mix.
  5. Prepare 2 large of Eggs.
  6. It's 3/4 cup of Instant Brown Rice.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Garlic Powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Oregano.
  9. You need of Glaze.
  10. You need 1/2 cup of Barbeque Sauce.
  11. You need 1/4 cup of Ketchup.

Healthy Meatloaf step by step

  1. Set oven to 350° and spray loaf pan with non stick spray.
  2. Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a mixing bowl with your hands or spoon..
  3. Place meatloaf mixture into loaf pan and place in oven for 55 minutes.
  4. Pour Glaze mixture on top of Meatloaf and place back in oven for 10 minutes..
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing..
  6. Serve..
