Ingredients of Crockpot Sweet and Sour Keilbasa

  1. It's 2 packages of keilbasa, cut into coins.
  2. You need 1 can of cranberry sauce.
  3. Prepare 1 bottle of bbq sauce (your favorite flavor).
  4. It's 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
  5. You need 5 cloves of garlic, minced.
  6. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
  7. You need 1 can of sauerkraut, drained.

Hi guys, I have the easiest recipe ever for you today. My kids absolutely love this Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe and would happily eat it every night but I just haven't been up to frying. Slice kielbasa and place in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and add to kielbasa.

Crockpot Sweet and Sour Keilbasa instructions

  1. In a bowl combine : cranberry sauce, bbq sauce, black pepper, garlic and crushed red pepper, mix well.......
  2. In your crockpot add the can of drained sauerkraut........
  3. Next add your cut up keilbasa pieces.......
  4. Now add your cranberry sauce mixture on top of keilbasa.......
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours......
  6. Serve and enjoy 😉!.

Stir till kielbasa is coated well. Add the kielbasa pieces to the slow cooker along with the onion and bell pepper. To the bowl with the reserved juice, add the cornstarch and stir the mixture until smooth. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar; stir to blend. Combine the currant jelly and mustard in the slow cooker.
