These waffles are healthy, high fiber made with just eggs, wheat bran and banana + vanilla for sweetness. You can substitute wheat bran for protein powder but may loose the fiber !

I really liked this wheat bran because it's organic, non GMO, kosher, and actually tasted so good! This is a great product that allows you to add more fiber. In a bowl, mix the wheat bran, water and egg whites, to allow fiber to soften. Coat a pan with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Add thawed spinach and onion and sauté until translucent. Remove from heat and set aside. Turn waffle maker on to heat. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Once waffle maker is ready, coat both sides with non stick cooking spray.
