  7. You need 2 cup of 190proof everclear/puregrain/ or moonshine.
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup of fireball.

In a large pot over medium-high heat, combine apple juice, cider, sugars, cinnamon sticks, and spices. Bring to a simmer, then cover pot with lid and reduce heat to medium-low. I prefer my apple pie moonshine to incorporate a variety of cozy spices that are often used this time of the year such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom.   5. I use pint size jars, this is best after it has aged for a couple months, so by making it in pints some do age pretty good, they are great easy for sipping lets the rest sit and keep aging, and their the prefect size for gifts also this way! enjoy.
