This recipe makes a perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert and is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free! I can describe my favorite thing about fall in two simple words… Sunshine Orange Meringue Pie. I made a few changes and added lime juice for extra tartness.

core, peel and slice apples,place in a very large bowl and add lemon juice, mixed well into apples.

in a small bowl mix all dry ingredients well, now mix the sugar mixtrue to the apples, tumble apples mix well, set a side..

now on a floured surface, take one of the dough roll out to .stretch the dough, place on the pie plate ,fix it to fit, place apples into dish, place butter pieces on the apples..

now roll out the top piece of the pie dough. place on top of the mound of apples. cut off what dough u dont want.( i made leaves and an apple for the top w/ extra dough ),now pinch around the dough to seal, make any print u want.going around the edge of the pie..

take a peice of foil carefully covering the top of the pie, now place in oven bake for 45 minutes covered, now take off the foil, the egg white mix it ,brush it on top of pie bake untill golden light brown.that should take 15 to 18 minutes..

take out of oven, place on wire rack let the pie completely cool down..
