Ingredients of Apple Pie Vodka

1. Prepare 1 gallon of Apple Cider.
2. Prepare 4 cup of Cane Sugar.
3. Prepare 4 cup of Brown Sugar.
4. It's 15 cup of Water.
5. You need 1 each of Orange.
6. It's 3 can of Concentrate Apple Juice.
7. Prepare 20 each of Allspice.
8. It's 1 each of Star Anise.
9. You need 8 each of Cinnamon Sticks.
10. Prepare 750 ml of Everclear.

Seal and shake and refrigerate for a few days until ready. I was amazed to discover it even has a hint of crust flavor to it also! Apple Pie Vodka instructions

1. Need a LARGE pot to put all ingredients in.
2. Add Brown Sugar and Cane Sugar.
3. Add Water.
4. Add Heat.
5. Squeeze Orange by hand.
6. Add 3 cans of Concentrate Apple Juice.
7. Add 1 Gallon of Apple Cider.
8. Add 20 Allspice pods.
9. Add 1 Star Anise.
10. Add 8 Cinnamon Sticks.
11. Wait until it boils than let it simmer for 45 minutes.
12. After 30-35 minutes take out Cinnamon Sticks.
13. After 45-50 minutes is up take out Star Anise and Allspice.
14. Get to room temperature.
15. Add your bottle of Everclear.
16. Put drink into mason jars and ENJOY.

Make sure you use glass bottles. The drink ferments weird and seems to degrade plastic ones! This is a mouthwatering vodka shot that tastes just like Mom's apple pie. Put entire shot in your mouth and swish back and forth a few times before swallowing. Stir in the grain alcohol and vodka.
