Now that Christmas is over, it seems like there's no hope for any pie in our future. That is — until you make your own version. With this super simple recipe, you can have the best part of apple pie (c'mon guys, you know it's the filling) ready in minutes.
Peel and dice the apples and place them into a large bowl.
Toss the diced apples together with the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
