Picante Chicken instructions

1. Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs......
2. Place thighs in a large baking pan......
3. Sprinkle over chicken the minced garlic, black pepper, basil leaves and crushed red pepper.........
4. Bake, uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour........
5. After the chicken has cooked for the full hour, pour salsa over chicken.........
6. Bake in oven for 25 minutes more.......
7. Serve with white rice or yellow rice and enjoy 😉!!.
