  1. Marinade pork for 20 to 30 mins.
  2. Add egg white and frying flour and coat well.
  3. Deep or air fry pork cutlets until crispy, approx 30 mins @ 150 degrees. Deep frying is faster, approx 15 mins.
  4. Drain pork and set aside.
  5. Combine sauces and water in bowl (without corn starch mixture) and mix well until Marmite is dissolved. Bring to boil in wok or pan.
  6. Add pork into the sauce and pour corn starch mixture until thicken. Coat evenly.
  7. Serve!.
