  4. Prepare 10 oz. of can Cream of Chicken Soup.
  5. It's 1/2 C. of Milk (any fat percent).
  6. You need 6 C. of Mullers Elbow Macaroni (cooked).

In a large saucepan, cook onion in butter over medium heat until tender; remove from the heat. Stir in the flour, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper until blended.
