  3. press mixture into a large foil loaf pan.
  4. cover with foil and bake for 80 minutes.
  5. while meatloaf is baking, mix the 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup ketchup for the glaze.
  6. when meatloaf is done, let rest for 10 minutes then drain well and spread glaze on meatloaf and return to oven uncovered for 10 more minutes to thicken glaze.
