Today I'm sharing with you my short-cut easy cheesy meatless lasagna. Typically when it comes to lasagna, I'm all about slow-cooked homemade meat sauces, bechamels, and lots of fresh mozzarellas. This lasagna has an amazing hearty meat sauce, a ricotta cheese sauce that's rich and isn't runny, and best of all, you don't have to boil the noodles! I finally got to a place with the recipe that I knew this was truly the Ultimate Meat Lasagna.

  1. Chop onion and mix in with hamburger meat. Season hamburger with season salt, garlic salt and pepper. Brown hamburger..
  2. Drain both cans of tomatoes and add tomatoes in after burger is browned and drained..
  3. Add in pasta sauce and let simmer for a few mins..
  4. Layer bottom of pan with sauce and add noodles..
  5. Layer noodles with sauce.
  6. Add ricotta cheese over top of the sauce... I like to mix my cheese in with the sauce..
  7. Layer again with noodles and sauce.
  8. After your lasagna has been layered on top add your mozzarella cheese(both packs) and sprinkle with parmesean cheese..
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for an hour. Cover with foil..
  10. After hour is up remove foil and let bake another 10-15 mins. Then eat up! Enjoy!.

Spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture. Top with a third of mozzarella cheese slices. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Repeat meat sauce, noodles and cheese layer once. Top with remaining noodles and meat sauce, making sure to cover noodles with sauce.
