Lasagna step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine meats and brown in large skillet.
  3. Add a little pasta sauce to the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Drain meat and set aside..
  5. In same skillet heat Olive oil over medium heat.
  6. Saute onion, garlic, and Italian Seasoning in olive oil until tender.
  7. Add meat, Preggo, and parmesan cheese to the skillet and turn heat to low.
  8. Combine ricotta cheese and spinich in separate bowl.
  9. Begin layering, noodles, ricotta mixture, meat mixture until pan is full.
  10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 min.
  11. Remove foil, top with mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 10 min, uncovered.
  12. Let rest for 15 min before serving.
