- It's 250 g of Pork.
- It's 10-12 of Shiitake Mushrooms.
- Prepare of Green onions.
- It's 1 tbsp of Garlic.
- You need 1.5 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Sesame oil.
- Prepare Pinch of White ground pepper.
Shiitake Mushroom & Pork Stir-fry step by step

Slice pork, shiitake mushrooms & finely chop the green onions.

Marinate sliced pork in 1 tsp of sesame Oil and ground pepper.

Mix light soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.

Heat remaining sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated sliced pork.

Add in sliced shiitake mushrooms onced the sliced pork are around 70% cooked.

Stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat and add in the garlic soy sauce mixture.

Add in finely chopped green onions, stir fry for another 3 minutes and serve.
